Horseshoe necklace

The packaging was awesome! I loved the personal note, added thank you card and stickers promoting their cause. The necklace is beautiful and such a sweet and feminine touch to the neckline. Definitely love how all proceeds go to this foundation. I highly recommend Bridle Up Hope!

Going Above and Beyond to Make It Right

I ordered 5 Lucky Pink Pendants for my barn besties and was so excited when the package arrived. However, this quickly turned to sadness (and a little anger) because there was only 1 necklace in the package :-o I immediately reached out and Shelby and the team responded same day with apologies and a promise to make it right. The team went above and beyond - I received the other necklaces a few apology tokens a day later.
