I purchased this item as a Christmas gift for my trainer and she absolutely loves it. The size makes it easy to display as a wall hanging or on a shelf/table so you can display it wherever you like. The frame is well made and sturdy.
My order had a glitch and the staff at the Bridle Up Hope Shop was wonderful at getting it corrected. They even let me keep the "wrong" product to make up for the problem. They could give lessons in customer service and caring about customer satisfaction!
