Far Exceeding Expectations!

I am not the person who submits reviews. But in this case, I can't be silent on it. This little stuffed pony is adorable beyond words. The workmanship is absolute quality and so much attention given to details. I had a great experience in shopping from your website. I will be shopping again in the future. The best part is knowing that my dollars spent go to your charity. Thank you for that. I purchased Hank to gift my granddaughter on her first birthday. I cannot wait to give it to her.

Love everything I ordered but I felt the description for Hank & Heidi was misleading, I bought believing it was the both of them when in fact it was only one, even the pictures show them both together. I think the description should include 'Hank or Heidi' not 'Hank & Heidi' or have them both separated in their own ad- yes there is a tiny little box at the very bottom (that I noticed after I ordered) whose default is 'Hank' I wouldn't have paid $40 for just one small little fella.

Hi Sherie, we apologize for the confusion! Looking at our description, I can definitely see how it could be confusing. We have updated our description with much clearer language.

Thank you for pointing out this flaw and for your feedback. We appreciate your business!
